1) If you like a thing, enjoy it.
2) If you do not like a thing, avoid it.
3) If you do not like a thing and can not avoid it, change it.
4) If you do not like a thing can not avoid it and can’t or would not change it, accept it.
5) When accepting you must accept it with a changed point of view.
6) Memory of an unpleasant happening causes stress so let go whatever does not come your way.
7) Dedicate all your action to GOD.
